The device has a flat plate (2) set in resonance by sound waves (3) of sound environment and connected to an electromechanical transducer transforming vibrations of plate into electric current. The plate is dimensioned in size and has young's modulus so that vibration frequency of the plate is included in a frequency interval centered on a large energy frequency of the waves of environment. The transducer has metal conductor winding (4) placed in an air-gap of radial field magnet (5) creating a magnetic field to produce an electric current by induction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for realizing acoustic energy attenuating and transforming device (2) a method for realizing an acoustic wall.
