The device has a rotor provided along a horizontal axis of the device. A post is collinear with an axle (1) of a cylinder (2) on which rotative drums (10) are radially placed, where the drums support veils (9). A set of equally distributed curved posts (5) and another set of equally distributed straight posts are placed on a cylinder (4), where the straight posts are shifted at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the curved posts. The drums have a top fixed at a point of each curved post and a base fixed on a motorized axle (3) situated on the cylinder (2).
