A cold storage device for vehicles includes a seating part, a seat back, a seat(10), a door(12), a shelf(13), and a cold storage member. A user seats on the seating part. The seat back is extended from the seating part upward. A storage is formed inside the seat back. The door selectively opens and closes the storage. The shelf is provided to the storage.
