A Kimchi refrigerator and a controlling method thereof are provided to enable one storage room to be controlled by many different temperatures based on divided sections, thereby widening usable space. A Kimchi refrigerator comprises one storage room, a plurality of evaporators, a valve(141) and a controller(110). The evaporators are installed in the storage room. The valve controls the flow of a refrigerant supplied to the evaporators. The controller sets many different temperature ranges within the one storage room and controls the valve according to the preset temperature in order for the one storage room to be controlled by several temperatures. |
