A ventilation system is provided to execute service of the air supply assembly and the exhaust assembly by simply separating the assembly supporting plate. A ventilation system(100) comprises a case, an air supply assembly(180), an exhaust assembly(190), an electric heat exchanger(160), and an assembly supporting plate(200). The air supply assembly inhales indoor air into the case. The exhaust assembly expels the air inside the case to the indoor room. The electric heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the outside air and the indoor air within the case. The assembly supporting plate is erected inside the case to support the air supply assembly and the exhaust assembly. The air supply assembly and the exhaust assembly are fixed to make spot symmetry about the center of the assembly supporting plate.
