The assembly (10) has a fastener holder (11) equipped with an orifice for maintaining a conical male part of a removable fastener in a blocking position. The holder has four opposite jaws (12) radially displaced between a closely spaced position determining the orifice for blocking the male part and a spaced apart position determining another orifice, where a diameter of the latter orifice is higher than that of the former orifice for liberating the male part of the fastener. The jaws are arranged in guiding housings (13), respectively.
