A refrigerant mixture for replacing freon-based refrigerant R12 and R134a is provided to improve combustibility of hydrocarbon-based coolant, and to ensure excellent performance, efficiency(COP), and reliability. A refrigerant mixture for replacing freon-based refrigerant R12 and R134a comprises 1,1-difluoroethane(CHF2-CH3) of 20-30 weight%, cyclopropane(C3H6) of 35-45 weight%, trifluoromethyl iodide(CF3I) of 25-30 weight% and fluorinated ethyl(CH3-CH2F) of 5-10 weight%. The refrigerant mixture shows near-azeotrope property and has a temperature gradient 0.1-0.2 °C.
