An elasticity electrical connection device is provided to prevent the foreign material including the dust from being adhered and improve the vacuum pick-up ability since the surface of the electro conductive fiber is slick by forming a tin coating layer. An elasticity electrical connection device comprises: an elastic body core(100) having the fixed volume; a curable elastic adhesive layer(200) covering the elastic body core; and an electro conductive fiber(300) interposing the curable elastic adhesive layer and covering the elastic body core. A tin or a tin alloy coating layer by the wet plating are formed in an outermost face of the electro conductive fiber.
