Provided are an acrylic foam artificial leather which is soft even at high weight and high thickness and imparts volume-feeling and cushion feeling, and a method of manufacturing the same using existing casting facilities without using separate facilities. An acrylic foam artificial leather comprises: a cover layer comprising an acrylic resin, a plasticizer and a viscosity-dropping agent; a foam layer comprising an acrylic resin, a plasticizer and an acrylic foaming agent; an adhesive layer comprising the same components as the cover layer; and a fabric layer. A method of manufacturing an acrylic foam artificial leather comprises a step of coating a cover layer on a release paper and gelling the cover layer, a step of coating a foam layer on the cover layer and foaming the foam layer, a step of coating an adhesive layer on the foam layer, and a step of laminating a fabric onto the adhesive layer and gelling the laminate.
