An anionic adhesive composition containing tourmaline powder and charcoal powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to neutralize volatile harmful materials and odor-causing materials emitted from wallpaper and to emit negative ions to the air. An anionic adhesive composition is composed of 28-52wt% of vinylacetate polymer, 40-60wt% of charcoal powder, 0.04-0.07wt% of vinylacetate monomer and 5-15wt% of negative ion raw ore powder. A method for manufacturing an anionic adhesive composition comprises the following steps of: mixing vinylacetate polymer and charcoal powder to prepare a first mixture; dropping the vinylacetate monomer into the first mixture, which is a second mixture; polymerizing the second mixture; cooling off the polymerized composition; and adding the negative ion raw ore powder to the polymerized composition. |
