A fuel efficiency measuring device of a diesel-vehicle and a method thereof are provided to deliver information about fuel consumption rate and continued ratio to a driver by sensing data detected by a fuel injection nozzle and a rail pressure sensor and fuel flux data and converting the data into the fuel consumption rate and the continued ratio. A fuel efficiency measuring device of a diesel-vehicle comprises: a detection unit(100) detecting the injection pulse of an injector of a diesel common rail engine and detecting the voltage of a rail pressure sensor and detecting speed pulse and receiving data of GPS(Global Positioning System); a control operation unit(200) making fire pulse, detected voltage, GPS data and speed pulse into data and converting the data into injection amount and traveling distance; and a display unit(300) displaying data transmitted through the control operation unit and outputting the state of the vehicle with sound.
