An apparatus for rotating and transferring a tray of SSD test handler is provided to rotate and transfer tray for containing plural SSDs and easily constitutes a tray transfer. An apparatus for rotating and transferring a SSD test handler comprises a fist horizontal transfer mechanism(110), grip portion(120), vertical transfer device(130) and tray rotation unit(140). The grip portion is installed to move to a first horizontal transfer device. The vertical transfer device is installed at grip unit. The plural LM guides(112) is installed at a base frame.
