A detachable and attachable transparent soundproof panel having a replaceable decoration panel is provided to harmonize with the surroundings by forming a decoration panel with a picture or a logo to be replaceable as occasion demands. A detachable and attachable transparent soundproof panel having a replaceable decoration panel is installed to many posts of a transparent soundproof wall which are installed to the upper part of a concrete foundation plate at regular intervals, and composed of many fixing frame installed in the laminate type between a post and a post and provided with a hanging groove on the upper part of the front and a housing piece for forming a housing groove on the lower part of the front, and many mounting frames(5) provided with a hanging piece inserted and fixed to the hanging groove of each fixing frame on the rear of the upper part, and inserted and fixed to the housing groove on the lower part, wherein the mounting frame comprises first and second mounting grooves(52,53) fitted with a group of transparent panels at regular intervals, a mounting and demounting slide groove(54) provided between the first and second mounting grooves and fitted with a decoration panel(55) with a picture or a logo, and a mounting and demounting hole(56) formed in one side of the mounting frame to insert the decoration panel into the mounting and demounting slide groove.
