A sprout peanut extract, and a food composition, a cosmetic composition and a medicinal composition containing the extract are provided to obtain anticancer effect, antioxidizing effect, heart disease preventing effect and blood coagulation preventing effect. A sprout peanut extract is prepared by drying the sprout peanut harvested after 7~12 days from sowing and grinding the dried one to obtain a sprout peanut powder; putting the sprout peanut powder in the mixture solvent comprising ethyl alcohol and distilled water to extract it for a certain time; and distilling the supernatant under reduced pressure and drying it.
