A write driver of a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to reduce a data transmission error by stably maintaining a voltage level of global input output line data pairs. A write driver includes a data latch unit(100), a delay unit(400) and a data amplifier(200). The data latch unit outputs the global line data pair by transmitting and latching the data loaded in the write global input output line in response to the first write enable signal. The delay unit outputs a second write enable signal by delaying the first write enable signal as much as the predetermined time. The data amplifier generates a driver signal and a latch signal by performing a differential amplification operation according to the difference of the potential level of the global input output line data pair in response to the second write enable signal. |
