A voice modulation chatting apparatus for providing a voice modulating function in chatting is provided to supply voice security by supplying a voice modulating function additionally. A microphone(20) inputs voice signal of a user. A frequency modulator(30) modulates the voice through frequency modulation of the speech signal inputted through microphone. If the voice has to be modulated with the request of the user, a controller(10) drives the RF modulator and modulates the inputted speech signal. The controller outputs the voice signal which does not drive the RF modulator. |
