摘要 An auto-detecting CMOS input circuit for a single-voltage-supply CMOS is provided to operate in high voltage level corresponding to external voltage level by automatically sensing relative high voltage. An auto-detecting CMOS input circuit for a single-voltage-supply CMOS is composed of a detector(102), a voltage divider(154), and a latch(146). The detector is connected with the terminal of power-voltage and an output pad and generates a detection signal by connecting the output pad with a clamp connected with the terminal of the power-voltage. A voltage division unit is connected between the input pad and the output pad and converts the input voltage level into the output voltage level.
