A concrete neutralization method for grass blocks is provided to neutralize an alkali component of concrete grass blocks and to weaken harmful elements, which hinder grass and plants in growing up. A grass block(101) comprises: a planting hole through which grass is planted in a concrete block; a binding block(105) and a binding recess for fastening blocks; and a channel groove(102) for reducing the diffusion of grass and draining rainwater promptly. A method for neutralizing the grass block comprises the following steps of: completely drying the concrete blocks; dipping the dried concrete blocks in an aqueous solution containing water, acetic acid and/or diluted strong acid in order to neutralize them; dipping the concrete blocks in a tank full of water so as to dilute weak acid solution saturated on the concrete blocks; and drying the strong alkali concrete blocks with pH of 12 to be neutralized to pH of 7-8.
