The liquid extraction device comprises a bottle of which its neck is connected with a removable rod for handling the bottle. The neck is connected with the rod such that: the rod is immersed in the liquid and removed by a coupler in a first condition; the isolation of the inner volume of the bottle is carried out with respect to the external atmosphere in a second condition; the volume of the bottle is contacted with the external atmosphere in a third condition; and again the isolation of the bottle is carried out with respect to the external atmosphere. The liquid extraction device comprises a bottle of which its neck is connected with a removable rod for handling the bottle. The neck is connected with the rod such that: the rod is immersed in the liquid and removed by a coupler in a first condition; the isolation of the inner volume of the bottle is carried out with respect to the external atmosphere in a second condition; the volume of the bottle is contacted with the external atmosphere in a third condition; and again the isolation of the bottle is carried out with respect to the external atmosphere. The coupler comprises an external cylindrical socket connected at its ends, the rod, and a tubular jacket slidably mounted in the socket and comprising a unit for supporting the neck of the bottle. The socket has a notch defining the path of sliding movement of the jacket in the socket by a piece (6) of a sleeve fixed in the notch, and a first light opposite to the notch. The jacket is provided with a second light above the neck of the bottle in front of the first light. The notch comprises a first section perpendicular to the axis of the socket and a last section through which the jacket and the socket are coupled and decoupled, extends towards its opposite end to the rod by a second section along a generator, which opens in a third section parallel to the first section, and extends along a generator terminated by a seat of the piece by a fourth section. The movement of the jacket in the socket is controlled by another rod coaxial to the rod of the socket and fixed to an end of the jacket. The socket has a vent located at a level uncovered by the jacket.
