<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device such as a transceiver, which can be connected with a speaker microphone (SP MIC) unit and is flexibly used as a unit system if GPS functions are added. <P>SOLUTION: A GPS unit 60 including a GPS antenna and a receiving circuit, is provided as a single unit. On the upper surface of a communication device body 10 and a unit body 51 of the SP MIC unit 50, connectors 11 and 54 which are connected with a connector 62 of the GPS unit 60 are provided, respectively. In addition, the connector 11 of the communication device body 10 is also connected to a connector 52 provided at a cable end of the SP MIC unit 50. The GPS unit 60 can be connected to the communication device body 10 directly or through the SP MIC unit 50.
