<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid support to which an oligonucleotide having a leaving group at the 5'-terminus is bound and which has a forming ability of a double bond, and to provide a solid-phase synthetic method of an oligonucleotide. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are: a complementary oligonucleotide-immobilized solid support formed by binding a leaving group to the 5'-terminus of a complementary oligonucleotide having a complementary base sequence part to the predetermined base sequence part of a gene and binding a solid support to the 3'-terminus; and a solid-phase synthetic method of an oligonucleotide comprising reacting a complementary oligonucleotide having a highly nucleophilic functional group at the 3'-terminus of a complementary oligonucleotide having a complementary base sequence with a base sequence part contiguous to the predetermined base sequence part of a gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
