<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the communication between the base station of a first radio communication system and a terminal while suppressing interference imparted to the radio station of a second radio communication system from the base station of the first radio communication system, when the first and second heterogeneous radio systems using the same frequency band coexist. <P>SOLUTION: Reception levels from a plurality of base stations 110, 120, 130, 140 are measured by a sensor station 150 provided near the radio station (satellite system earth station ES) of a heterogeneous radio communication system, and two optional base stations are combined to control the complex amplitude based on the measured results, thus forming a null point at the position of the radio station ES.
