PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a side-wall, a clinch or an insulation, exhibiting an excellent rolling resistance characteristic and operation stability. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the side-wall, the clinch and the insulation comprises 20-60 pts.mass of a filler, 1.0-4.0 pts.mass of sulfur and 0.1-10 pts.mass of a vulcanization acceleration aid based on 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber composition containing 10-70 mass% of at least one of diene-based rubber component (a) selected from the group consisting of a solution polymerization-modified styrene-butadiene rubber, a tin-modified butadiene rubber and a terminal end-modified butadiene rubber, and 20-80 mass% of a diene-based rubber component (b) other than the diene-based rubber composition (a).
