PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable thermoelectric device to be produced easily. SOLUTION: The device comprises a first insulating board (A) and a second insulating board (B) laminated with each other. It also comprises a first electrode (2b) formed on the top surface of the first insulating board (A), a pair of second electrodes (3c, 4c) formed on both sides thereof and connected mutually by a through-hole (7), and a thermoelectric material (5b) formed as a thin film so as to be in contact with the first electrode (2b) and the second electrode (3c). It further comprises a pair of third electrodes (8b, 9b) formed on both sides of the second insulating board (B) and connected mutually by a through-hole (10) with one of the pair connected with the first electrode (2b).
