摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a brazed surface layer between strands without crushing a hollow wire even if a friction stirring process is applied to a stator coil. SOLUTION: At the time of brazing and bonding an end part of strand bundle of the stator coil where the strands formed of a plurality of solid lines 2 and the hollow wires 3 are made into bundles and are inserted into a groove of a stator core of a rotating electrical machine, with a cooling medium supplying/discharging box, and friction-stirring a surface layer of a bonding part by a friction stirring tool so as to seal it, a shoulder of the friction stirring tool is made into a multiplex structure of an inner shoulder 13 and an outer shoulder 14, the multiplex shoulder friction-stirrs the surface layer and the surface layer of the brazed bonding part is sealed in a state where the shoulder on an outer peripheral side is brought into non-contact with a processing part of the surface layer of the bonding part and a distance from a center line 7 of the processing part to the friction outer periphery of the shoulder is reduced compared to solid line side passing time from a state where the multiplex shoulder is brought into contact with the processing part of the surface layer of the bonding part when the friction stirring tool passes the side of the hollow part of the hollow wire 3.
