PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact network system for preventing an email address of a system subscriber from being known by other subscribers, while permitting a subscriber who has received a broadcast email to reply only to a person having transmitted the first mail. SOLUTION: The contact network system includes a plurality of terminals 101, 101, ..., respectively having unique addresses to transmit and receive mail, and a mail server 102 having a prescribed mail address defined for contact network transmission and reception, connected to the plurality of terminals 101, 101, ..., and provided with a function for broadcasting mail to the plurality of terminals 101, 101, ..., when receiving transmission from one of the terminals 101, 101, .... The mail server 102 is provided with a function for adding specific information other than the mail address for specifying one of the terminals 101, 101, ..., while concealing the mail address of the terminal 101, and broadcasting mail when receiving mail from the terminal 101.
