PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle device for electronic apparatuses which can cope with a plurality of electronic apparatuses in which positions of electronic apparatus side connectors are largely different mutually by a comparatively simple operation. SOLUTION: The cradle device for electronic apparatuses performs the transmission/reception of data and/or power supply to/from an electronic apparatus by connecting an electronic apparatus side connector 1a and a cradle side connector 20a provided in a cradle body 20. The cradle side connector 20a is constituted so as to be movable planarly, and is arranged in a predetermined position by an energizing means. In a state that the cradle side connector 20a is inserted into and engaged with apertures 30b, 31b of positioning plates 30, 31, the cradle side connector 20a is made to move against the energizing force of this energizing means. These positioning plates 30, 31 are incorporated into the cradle body 20 and fixed, and the cradle side connector 20a is arranged in a position suitable to the electronic apparatus side connector 1a.
