PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device capable of including directivity in acoustic outputs from a plurality of sound output parts and to provide electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The acoustic device 90 includes a piezoelectric element 10, a piezoelectric element 20 arranged so that a sound output direction is turned along an sound output direction of the piezoelectric element 10 and a CPU 81 configured to add a sound output signal to each of the piezoelectric elements 10, 20 and control sound outputs so as to output independent sounds from the piezoelectric elements, respectively. The CPU 81 calculates an offset signal for attenuating a leakage sound of a direction different from the sound output direction of the piezoelectric element 10 and allows a sound based on the offset signal to output from the piezoelectric element 20.
