PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anonymous user with a service in an on-line transaction. SOLUTION: An anonymous service provision system has a plurality of user devices 100 generating ring signaturesσfrom a public key certificate list containing a plurality of public key certificates corresponding to service IDs and generating encrypted settlement information by encrypting settlement information to the services by settlement organization public keys. The anonymous service provision system further has a service provider device 300 transmitting a public key certificate list containing a plurality of public key certificates corresponding to a service ID to a service request source when receiving a service request containing the service ID, verifying the results of validity verification of the ring signaturesσwhen receiving the ring signaturesσand the encryption settlement information in response to the transmissions of the public key certificate list, confirming the validity of the ring signaturesσand providing the service request source with the services in response to the results of the validity confirmation of the encryption settlement information. The anonymous service provision system further has an settlement organization device 400 decoding the encryption settlement information by settlement organization secrecy keys and confirming the validity of the settlement information.
