PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a coin processing device for surely storing coins delivered from a coin processor in a mounted conveyance safe. SOLUTION: The coin processor 12 includes an opening/closing detection means 76 for detecting the opening/closing state of a shutter 32 of a mounted conveyance safe 11; and a control means for permitting storage processing when the opening state of the shutter 32 is detected by the opening/closing detection means 76, and for inhibiting the storage processing when the opening state of the shutter 32 is not detected by the opening/detecting detection means 76.
