PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply voltage to a plurality of loads. SOLUTION: A virtual supply voltage generation circuit 50 steps down predetermined supply voltage to generate predetermined fixed voltage. The supply voltage is applied to a high potential side terminal of a first series regulator 10. A low potential side terminal of the first series regulator 10 is connected to a high potential side terminal of a first load to the low potential side terminal of which the fixed voltage generated by the virtual supply voltage generation circuit 50 is applied. The fixed voltage generated by the virtual supply voltage generation circuit 50 is applied to a high potential side terminal of a second series regulator 20. A low potential side terminal of the second series regulator 20 is connected to a high potential side terminal of a second load to the low potential side terminal of which ground voltage is applied.
