PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting which simplifies tube connecting work easily and reliably even for long tubes, enables sure connection using temperature differences in a connection environment, and reduces man-hours for the connection, in the pipe fitting connecting two pipes in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The pipe fitting connecting two pipes in the longitudinal direction is characterized by coupling one-end sides of the two pipes using threads, providing a third pipe formed of a material having a larger coefficient of thermal expansion than those of the two pipes on the other end side, sandwiching the third pipe between the two pipes, and fastening the respective seal surfaces of the two pipes and the third pipe by tightening the screws.
