PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pulling out a degraded gland packing capable of raising operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The device 100 for pulling out the degraded gland packing includes a compressed air delivery machine having a cylindrical tube for crushing with a sharp section for crushing a degraded gland packing into broken pieces, and a suction machine with a suction section for sucking the broken pieces at a blowing-up state by the compressed air delivered with the compressed air delivery machine.
