METHOD FOR EXAMINATION OF NON-ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination method for estimating non-alcoholic fatty liver disorder. SOLUTION: A single nucleotide polymorphism of a base corresponding to the 51st base of a specific base sequence on an angiotensin II type I receptor gene or a single nucleotide polymorphism of a base of the state of linkage disequilibrium with the above base is analyzed and the non-alcoholic fatty liver disorder is examined based on the analytic result. Also provided are a probe and a primer for the examination of non-alcoholic fatty liver disorder having a sequence complimentary to the receptor gene. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
