A dish washer is provided to reduce power use according to rinse water heating by using effluent of high temperature drained after washing to heat the water supply of the low temperature freshly flowed as rinse water. A dish washer comprises a washing tank, a rinsing tank(101), pumps(104,105), a wastewater recycling unit(103), a heating tank(102) and a convection valve. In the washing tank, washing water is stored. In the rinsing tank, rinse water is stored. The pumps transfer the washing water and the rinse water stored in the washing tank and the rinsing tank. The wastewater recycling unit comprises a hose. The water supply of the low temperature inputted to the rinsing tank is flowed in the hose. In the surrounding of the hose, the effluent of the high temperature ejected from the washing tank flows. The heating tank is equipped at the lower part of the washing tank and heats the water supplied from the rinsing tank.
