<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a movability correction function having high precision eliminating influence of potential oscillation of a signal line by improving the movability correction function and achieving a proper correction amount corresponding to brightness. <P>SOLUTION: Pixels 2 write a video signal in a holding capacity C1 by allowing a sampling transistor T1 to turn on in response to a control signal, and then, negatively feedback a current flowing to a drive transistor T2 to the holding capacity C1 to apply correction to movability of the drive transistor T2. When writing the video signal in the holding capacity C1, a driver 3 changes the signal line SL from a reference potential Vofs to an intermediate potential Vofs2 to be changed to a signal potential Vsig of the video signal thereafter. Meanwhile, a scanner 4 supplies a first control signal pulse to on-off control the sampling transistor T1 when the signal line SL is at the intermediate potential Vofs2, and subsequently supplies a second control signal pulse to on-off control the sampling transistor T1 when the signal line SL is at the signal potential Vsig. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
