<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain plug which can prevent a user from stopping the operation of an operation axis in progress at the time of switching operation from a drain state to a normal state since the movement distance of the operation axis in the axial direction at the time of switching operation between the normal state and the drain state is relatively small, and an operation force does not fluctuate. <P>SOLUTION: The drain plug 10 is provided with the operation axis 20, a drain clearance S, two seal rings 22a, 22b, and a peripheral channel 19b. The operation axis 20 is inserted to the interior of a drain hole 19f connecting between a water-connection passage 17a and the outside so that it can move in the axis X direction, and the drain clearance S is provided between the inner peripheral surface 19a of the drain hole 19f and the outer peripheral surface 20e of the operation axis 20. The two seal rings 22a, 22b are provided and engaged with the outer peripheral surface 20e in order to seal the drain clearance S, and the peripheral channel 19b is provided on the inner peripheral surface 19a. By moving the operation axis 20 in the axis X direction, switching can take place between a normal state and a drain state. In the normal state, the peripheral channel 19b is positioned between the seal rings 22a, 22b, and in the drain state, the seal ring 22b is placed opposed to the peripheral channel 19b and comes off the inner peripheral surface 19a of the drain hole 19f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
