PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waiting time of a user in movement of a copyright-protected content. SOLUTION: A content movement control part 301 transfers a video content to the transmitting destination apparatus while retaining data in the own apparatus. A content movement control part 401 records the video content to be transferred to a storage device of the transmitting source apparatus in the inactive state. A user input processing part 406 causes the user to input a selection result for whether to use the video content or not. When the user selects to use the video content, the content movement control part 401 activates the video content of the own apparatus after deactivation of the video content the transmitting source apparatus 300 has.
