PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure a movement range of a steering column. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle camera is arranged on the steering column movable to a front side at collision of the vehicle, and is arranged at a rear side of a peripheral member arranged above the steering column. The on-vehicle camera is provided with a camera part having a camera; and a support mechanism. The support mechanism supports the camera part such that the camera part can be moved in a direction not contacting with the peripheral member when the peripheral member and the camera part are contacted with each other by forward movement of the steering column at collision.
