PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister structure for preventing the entry of water into a canister body 51 even when a vehicle is covered at its lower side with water at a high level, while giving no unpleasant feel to occupants in the vehicle C with odored fuel vapor emitted from an outside air opening end 52a of an outside air communication pipe 52 into outside air. SOLUTION: A branch pipe 57 has one end opening to outside air and the other end connected to the intermediate of the outside air communication pipe 52. In the branch pipe 57, a check valve is provided for restricting the flow of air from the outside air communication pipe 52 via the branch pipe 57 into outside air and for introducing outside air via the branch pipe 57 into an outside air communication pipe 52 when predetermined negative pressure or higher is produced in the outside air communication pipe 52. Besides, an outside air opening end 57a of the branch pipe 57 is arranged at a position higher than the outside air opening end 52a of the outside air communication pipe 52.
