PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a spurious included in an output signal. SOLUTION: An analog-to-digital conversion apparatus for converting an analog input signal into a digital output signal and is provided with: a plurality of AD converters which are given sampling clocks different in every prescribed phase and respectively output individual signals which digitize the input signal by the given sampling clock; a plurality of amplitude dependent characteristic correction parts which are provided in correspondence with the plurality of AD converters, respectively correct the individual signals outputted by the corresponding AD converters with correction coefficients in accordance with amplitudes of the individual signals, and generate corrected individual signals; and a synthesis part for synthesizing a plurality of corrected individual signals to generate output signals.
