PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier which can perform high-speed reset operation and is of small power consumption. SOLUTION: The operational amplifier 130 includes: a differential amplifier circuit 32 for performing differential amplification of an input signal with respect to a reference potential Vbias; an output circuit 133 for outputting a signal amplified by the differential amplifier circuit 132; a phase compensation capacitance 106 connected between the output of the differential amplifier circuit 132 and the output of the output circuit 133 to compensate the phase of the signal output from the output circuit 133; and a diode 112 connected in parallel with the phase compensation capacitance 106.
