PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a cylindrical member capable of enhancing the sealability. SOLUTION: In the seal structure of the cylindrical member by a seal member 6, a space between an outer circumferential surface 3a of a cylindrical member 3 to be inserted in a through-hole 1a formed in a cover member 1 and the through-hole is sealed. A stepped part 11 is formed in a circumferential edge of the through-hole of the cover member. The seal member has a bolt passing through-hole 61a through which a bolt is passed, and a passing hole 61b through which the cylindrical member is passed, and consists of a substrate part 61 fastened to the cover member by the bolt, and a seal part 62 fixed to the substrate part 61. The seal part is fixed to the inner circumferential edge part of the passing through-hole, and extends to the stepped part and is elastically brought into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member.
