PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for stretching a ground rope having pin insertion holes and used to accurately and easily stretch a ground rope in a site where a building is to be constructed before a witnessed stretch of rope and to cure the ground surface on which the building is constructed. SOLUTION: This sheet A used for stretching a ground rope comprises the insertion holes 10 for pins 20 for stretching the ground rope 30. The insertion holes 10 are formed at the intersections of virtual lattices, respectively. The distance between the centers of the adjacent insertion holes 10 is equal to the predetermined magnification of a module used for designing a building to be constructed.
