PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel capable of forming joints being effective for improving the design property and achieving satisfactory resistance to chemicals and cleaning capability and to provide a bathroom unit having this wall panel. SOLUTION: This wall panel is constituted by laminating a basic material and a printed pattern layer, a first clear layer, and a second clear layer on the basic material sequentially in this order from below.
