PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tomography apparatus which can produce preview images immediately after starting imaging. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 1 and an FPD 2 are placed oppositely to each other while interposing a subject. While moving the X-ray tube 1 and the FPD 2 reversely to each other, the subject is irradiated with X-ray in order from the X-ray tube 1 and each time of irradiation transit dose of X-ray from the subject is detected by the FPD 2, a plurality of projection images are photographed thereby, the plurality of projection images are reconstructed to produce tomosynthesis tomographic reconstruction images of the subject and preview images are generated before the generation of the tomosynthesis tomographic reconstruction image.
