PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook ceiling capable of supplying a direct-current power and carrying out electric communication. SOLUTION: The hook ceiling 132 is provided with a signal separation circuit 40 separating high-frequency electric signals superposed on a direct-current power source DC from a direct-current breaker 114 supplied through a terminal part 52, a signal conversion circuit 41 for converting the separated electric signals into signals for carrying out optical communication, a lighting control circuit 42 controlling lighting of a light-emitting diode LD based on signals converted with the signal conversion circuit 41, and hook blade receptors 22 which hook blades of a lighting fixture are hooked to and held by. With the hook ceiling 132, a direct-current power can be supplied to the lighting fixture through the hook blade receptors 22 and the hook blades, and further, communication can be carried out with a communication device outside by optical communication via the light-emitting diode LD.
