PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new packing technique for clothing cleaning business, capable of transporting and storing a shaggy neck ornament, a thick muffler, or a stereoscopic scarf, etc., by hanging them without generating either a fold or a pressure trace, etc. SOLUTION: A hanger 1 for a scarf has a punched structure 24 which is arranged at the upper center of a vertically long and rectangular mounting 1 and has a shape to easily put through scarfs 9, and where a whole contour part other than a lower side corresponding part 21 to be the horizontal side of the contour for forming an application window 4 is continuously formed. An engagement pawl 3 is formed at the center of an upper side corresponding part 22. The part of the mounting 1 surrounded by the whole contour part for forming the application window 4 is made to be a tongue piece 2 for warpage with the engagement pawl 3. A cut part 6 is formed at a place which is positioned to be lower by 1/4 to 3/4 of the whole height of the tongue piece 2 than the lower side corresponding part 21 of the contour for forming the application window 4 constituting the tongue piece 2.
