PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet bath device capable of switching and ejecting both of a straight jet stream and a reciprocating, self-exciting and vibrating jet stream by a common nozzle in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The jet bath device includes a jet nozzle 11, an air introducing pipe for mixing air bubbles and a switching device for switching the state of ejecting a jet stream containing the air bubbles and a jet stream not containing the air bubbles. The jet nozzle is provided with a flowing water introducing part and a chamber, and the flowing water introducing part is provided with an upstream side end part where pressurized water is introduced and a downstream side end part where a flow path is narrowed relative to the upstream side end part and the chamber is communicated. The chamber has a cross section sudden enlargement part provided on the upstream side end part, where a flow path cross section is suddenly enlarged relative to the downstream side end part, and a jet port opened at the downstream side end part, and a cross sectional shape from the cross section sudden enlargement part to the jet port is formed roughly rectangular. A downstream end opening facing the inside of the chamber at the downstream side end part is positioned closer to the inner side than the contour line of the chamber in the front view and a gap is present between the opening edge part of the downstream end opening and the contour line.
