PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recognize a plurality of substances in the tomographic image of an object. SOLUTION: A projection data operation part 35 performs weighted subtraction of first X-ray projection data and second X-ray projection data to generate first substance suppressed projection data and second substance suppressed projection data, and an image reconfiguration part 36 reconfigures a first substance suppressed tomographic image and a second substance suppressed tomographic image from the two substance suppressed projection data. An image operation part 37 performs weighted addition of the first substance suppressed tomographic image and the second substance suppressed tomographic image to generate a first X-ray equivalent tomographic image and a second X-ray equivalent tomographic image. A feature amount calculation part 38 calculates a feature amount indicating a difference between the pixel values of pixels corresponding between the two tomographic images, the ratio of the pixel values for instance.
